The renovation of this holiday villa, two minutes from the beach, required an eclectic approach so that the architecture and interior design could, on the one hand, reflect the lightness of summer and the proximity to the sea, and, on the other hand, welcome the different seasons of the year. The space underwent a complete renovation of the kitchen – where materials such as blue Silestone stone were introduced, as well as new carpentry – with a partial renovation of the living room – where the application of new terracotta tile flooring, tiles on the fireplace, straw wallpaper, and painting of the walls stands out – and with a comprehensive interior design project in all rooms – characterised by the design of custom-made furniture and objects, using a mixture of patterns and textures. As in previous projects, the layered approach continues to feature prominently in this intervention, which also includes details such as the use of various shades of blue and the combination of different materials and pieces, enhancing a versatile and engaging indoor-outdoor living experience.
